The wine is yellow in colour. The aroma is fruity after overripe mango with a buttery note. The taste is full, long and earthy. As the wine has been trained on fine yeast lees in a large French oak barrel, it is harmonious and a perfect pairing with wild pheasant or mildly cured pork. An elegant big wine suitable for bottle ageing.
